We start from our office, to the center of Puerto Williams, with a walk in which we will show the peculiarities of the city and that will end at the Martín Gusinde Anthropological Museum or at the Micalvi Yacht Club. From this place we will depart by vehicle on a journey back in time as we discover at its stops some vestiges of the Beagle conflict, and others much older left by the Yaganes, nomadic canoeists who rowed through these latitudes since ancient times without understanding borders. Landscape and bird photography along the route is also more than a gift.
Finally, we will arrive at the Puente de los Bronces, a place from which we will start a walk to immerse ourselves in the southernmost forests of the planet, and whose end is the most famous waterfall on Navarino Island. Back we are invited to share a snack and to toast with local craft beer for this shared experiential day!
First part of the Dientes de Navarino heritage route. A 3.5-kilometer trek up through the southernmost forests to Cerro Bandera, an emblematic landmark of extraordinary scenic beauty.
